Manya,
I cannot thank you enough for the words of encouragement. Today, and as the days near the Holidays, I find myself lost. Your 8 steps are definitive reminders that I can strengthen my faith and keep it as a present reminder in my son's and my home.

Thank you kindly for uplifting my spirits, and if you know of any Divorced-Catholic Mom Groups available in the state of Maryland, please let me know.

Thanks so much for your information, recommendations and inspiration. Sadly, the divorce my former wife and I endured in 2004 (at my "request") has left me without any contact whatsoever from our three daughters, current ages: 22, 20 and 16. I remain a practicing Catholic (still unable to receive Holy Communion), however still awaiting annulment after re-marrying outside the church, but I'm not so sure about my former wife. And I best not inquire; even after 4+ years. That's the way it is now, but I really do appreciate you and everything you stand for and continue to provide for the Catholic community. God Bless you.
