I am a roman catholic girl married to an orthodox person. Our marriage was without knowledge of my church but with the knowledge of my parents. Now I have one child and having problems with my husband . It is possible to get civil divorce for me but can i come back to my church and get married to a roman cathoilic? If so what are the steps to be taken?

I’m so sorry you’re having trouble in your marriage. The first step to be taken is to speak to a Catholic priest in your area about this. Priests are there for us. Their mission in life is to guide us regarding all things Catholic and they have the answers you need. Please don’t hesitate to ask for their guidance.
If divorce becomes inevitable, your priest will also be able to answer your questions about the process you’ll need to follow in order to be free to marry in the Catholic church.
