We serve it cold or room temp.  I definitely suggest making this ahead of time - even a day ahead of time &amp; refrigerate, because it will taste even better after the tastes &quot;meld&quot; - but even if you make it just as the game is starting, it only takes minutes to mix up (LOVE recipes like that! :)  )
